Food allergies can cause the symptoms you are describing but I think that it is unlikely. What did the allergist say? What is he going to do to further track the problem down? There can be false negatives so he shouldn't just let it rest when you have a problem. How old are his extracts? Sometimes that can be the source of the trouble. good luck, it can be so frustrating.
