Hi, I don't know if calcium in the urine is a sign of food allergies or not but I have often heard that ADD can be controlled with diet. My son has tendencies towards ADD and has lots of food and environmental allergies. Does your daughter show signs of allergies such as the allergic salute where she wipes her nose in an upward fashion, sometimes even creating a crease, or allergic shiners where her eyes look kind of black around them or just really dark? Does she have bags under her eyes? I have heard ADD symptoms being caused by the environmental allergies. Does she have lots of eye blinking, tongue clicking or throat clearing? All of these are signs of allergies. You mentioned you are limiting her calcium to 100 mg a day so she can't be getting too many dairy products a day at that level can she? Perhaps it wouldn't hurt to try and remove dairy from her diet for a couple of weeks- every form of it and see if things improve. If nothing changes, then it is likely not the dairy but if you see big changes then it will give you the strength you need to keep it out of the diet. I don't imagine I've been much help but thought I would give it a shot. I hope you find answers.
