: : : : Please help...anyone:
: : : : I suffer from chronic headaches year -round and have tried it all and been tested, etc. for everything. The only thing left that I suspect is allergies. I did test positive to several seasonal and year-round allergens and just started to receive weekly shots. Has anyone else had headaches that they found were caused by airborne allergens? I am looking for any info/help that you can offer! Thanks

: : : I too have headaches year round and went to a doctor to test for allergies with the 100 and some odd pricks in my back. I didn't have an allergic reaction to a signal one. So my Dr. told me I have rhinitus which is allergy to alot of airborne things and perfume, hairspray, paint and other strong smelling things can aggravate me like crazy. Since I no longer wear perfume and stay away form smokers it has been somewhat under control. I was laos prescribed allegra which has helped as wel
: : Your allergy may be to dust and some chemical in aerosols. I suffer from the same allergies, but I got a special cover for my bed so I don't inhale dust while I sleep.
: : However, all I can do about the aerosols is avoid them, and only use gel and roll-on deodrant.
: I also have many allergies, to foods and airborne. I have found that taking supplements to strengthen the immune system (antioxidants like Vit. A, C, E, Pycnogenol, etc.) help a lot. I have also found that keeping my colon clean reduces my allergic reactions. I would suggest you consult a health practitioner about getting a few colonics, changing diet and adding supplements. Also, remember to do regular exercises, eat a balanced diet, drink enough water, and pray.
