I have muscle twitches, occurring at irregular intervals, in many areas of my body. Not at all severe and not hindering any activity, they could be characterized as a flutter here and there. Nothing more powerful than causing a slight twitch in a finger, or an annoying one in my calf. They generally last in any one place less than a minute.
I am a serious lifter and have not noted any weakness in my exercizes or peak lifts/grip.
Definitely I am prone to hypochondria lately, as my brother had a brain tumor that was successfully treated. I had an MRI(clear) and basic examination by a neurologist, who told me that I demonstrated no symptoms of any disorders...this of course was before the twitches.
Any insight? Am I just a victim of the damn internet and its easy access to all possible symptoms? I definitely knew the symptoms of MS and ALS before this all began.
