Green drinks that contain chlorophyll for healing. Aloe vera juice is healing to the digestive tract ==take on empty stomach -half cup 3x daily.Too much will make you have a loose BM. Enteric coated peppermint oil helps. Psyllium helps regulate bowels but should take daily ---not just when you think you need it. Evening primrose oil is acts like a sedative and acts to form stools.
