Yes you may reply with your suggestion of what you think may be helpful for whatever the condition is.
You are allowed to say what has worked for yourself and other.
This is wanted and welcomed.
You may discuss products or services by name.
You may not sell or advertise on this board.
You may not ask people to contact you by email. This is always assumed to be advertising and your message will be deleted.
You may not post links to sites that sell stuff even if you have nothing to do with the company or the site. Just name the product and discuss your experience. If people want to learn more they can use a search engine to find it themselves.
