there is a weightloss board that is on the menu at the top of this board, most of the posters there have tried every product on the market. it is important that you look at why you gained the weight to begin with-- is weight gain a side effect of a medication you are taking? although there are many products that are "natural" it doesn't mean they are necesarily safe-- many contain the natural form of stimulants like mahuang and caffeine, and for a smaller person (especially a female), the per dose levels of these compounds can make you very ill. i would suggest you keep with the exercise program-- if you do cardio 45min 4-5x a week with lifting several times a week you will begin to see results pretty quickly. best of luck!
