mike is right about the importance of muscle tissue. also-- there's nothing wrong with asking for help for any issue on any of these boards! here's a few more ideas: 1. schedule one appointment with a trainer and ask how to target your trouble areas. 2. step up your cardio intensity if you only have limited time-- put those machines on the highest possible level (for your ability) and work your butt off. 3. target those trouble zones with weight training 4. try to get in a little exercise throughout your day-- take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk if you can instead of driving, dance to the radio in the morning. i only knew those diet pills were trouble because i myself tried them and they made me really "high".
