Itis my understanding that foot reflexology is considered to be a form of alternative medicine. Has anyone out there tried this? None of my friends have. I have researched its health benefit claims and they are numerous although there are critics. I must admit that I am somewhat sqeamish about someone I don't know touching my feet but I still am interested in giving it a go. Any comments on this subject will be appreciated.
