If you're not making the progress doing what you're doing; then change something. Workout harder, stop eating carbs, lose the Cokes, try eating cleaner and make sure you balance your meals meaning always eat protein when you eat carbs. Eating carbs alone will basically make you fat, if you're body is prone to gaining body fat. As for the diet pills, I don't know why people love to slam them. There's one simple fact.. if they contain the natural ECA stack in them then they work... period. They are no substitute for exercise, but they are wonderful in giving you that 'edge' that many people need. In reality, you have to expend more calories than you eat every day, and thermogenic supplements help widen that calorie gap so that you can lose fat. Many people that whine and complain should really start reading, and educate themselves about a subject before firing off any criticisms. Just my opinion.
