As someone else mentioned, research grapefruit seed extract. Also, read up on candida yeast overgrowth and oxygen therapy. Reducing refined sugar and grains may be helpful. Good bacteria may be helpful such as soil-based organisms to help replace the ones destroyed by antibotics. Cleaning up your bowels would be helpful.
