I HAVE CROHN'S DISEASE, WHICH SOME CONSIDER AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE. OVER THE YEARS I HAVE DONE A NUMBER OF THINGS. COLOSTRUM AND DIGESTIVE ENYZMES MAY BE HELPFUL. KEY THINGS TO WORK ON:
**CLEAN UP THE BOWELS, **REBUILD THE GOOD BACTERIA BY USING SOIL-BASED ORGANISMS, **ELIMINATE ALLERGIES (search the web for NAET and/or Dr. Klinghardt), **REDUCE THE USAGE OF ARTIFICIAL STUFF, SUGAR, WHITE FLOUR, WHITE RICE, and PERSERVATIVES, DETOXIFY HEAVY METALS, UNRESOLVED EMOTIONAL ISSUES (IF NEEDED), ETC.
