One more possibility( you did not give many symptoms), if the stomach pain is on the same side of your body as is your right hand, then you have a possible Appendix inflammation. Again, please see a good doctor.

: too whom it may concern : I have been having server stomach pain for about two weeks steady. I have had the pain before but has never : lasted thhis long or this painful. Iam having thee pain in the lower part of my stomach I some times have to pee alot and some times it is really hard for me to go to the restroom. It is getting to the point where it : is hurting in my lower back. I hope you can maybe give me some advice or other symptoms that i should know. My urine is realy dark I amm also having a hard time with bowel movements .
