: i hear all good things about cleansing your liver...but is there a pill or an easy way to do this?? : Please help!!
There is SO much info reg this I don't know where to begin. Search the web for natural liver cleanse, or fasting(highly recomended). Many great herbs. Visit your healthfood store or herb shop. I like a great health book by Dr. Jack Tips called 'The Pro-Vita Plan'. Good luck.
