You can try pearl barley - buy a packet from any Chinese supermarket. Bring 1/2 the packet to the boil in about 2 litres (4 pints)of hot water, then simmer for 15 - 20 minutes. Drink the contents over the course of the next day, then repeat the process with the already boiled oats, and then the remaining oats.
This helps to remove the toxins from the body, and may prevent gout/arthritis.
You could also consider drinking 1 tsp cider vinegar plus 1 tsp clear honey, with a little hot water, 3 times a day.
The cider vinegar contains mallic acid, which can neutralise the uric acid. Note, you may feel unwell at first, but should feel better after a few days.
: please suggest me how can i control the uric acid level in my blood so that it doesnot result in pain in my legs every six months
