There aren't many new articles on choline, but I've read a few articles that are anywhere from 1-5 years old and it seems that results are mixed. Some studies show marginal memory improvements in normal people and Alzheimer's sufferer's while other studies show no effect unless the pre-natal diet consisted of a lot of choline. Either way it seems the judges are still out on the issue.
