Hello, everyone. How are you all doing? I read about a study that said people with genetic risk have brains that work a lot harder than those people without genetic risk. MRI scans showed more blood flow--more effort--while doing memory exercises. Because the brains have to work harder, they age faster. But the scan can show this long before any Alzheimer symptoms begin. So early treatment can start and be more effective. I think it's great to have some progress made and exposed in Alzheimer's. Hopefully they can come up with a cure in the next few years.
