Hey, everyone. Bill Clinton approved federal funding for scientists who use human embryos for stem cell research. That recently got approved in Britain. It's created a lot of controversy because there are people who consider the embryos human beings. Most scientists would argue that they're mere cluster of cells that have not developed into anything yet. The Vatican's already spoken out against it. I think the people will realize how important this type of research can be when they see that it can provide cures to so many diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's and multiple sclerosis. I think it's too important to not research. But then again you can't really stop science from developing. It'll happen one way or another. Maybe I'm missing a point or two. Anyone else have any thoughts about this?
