Hi. My 70 year old father has Alzheimer's. It's usually not an ordeal with him but today was a real difficult exception for some reason. I couldn't get him to do anything that we normally do as routine. He wouldn't take his meds or even his vitamins. I couldn't convince him to eat most of his meals. He didn't want to go on our daily walk. It was weird. He was acting like a bratty child who did the opposite of everything I said. On top of that I had to deal with such incompetency at my work today. Days like this I really wish there was a quick fix answer to Alzheimer's. I'm sure if I didn't have a bad day myself, taking care of my father wouldn't have been so bad. I don't blame him for any of it. It's just hard is all.
