My mother is supplementing her diet with Vitamin E per doctors request...but he never mentioned it being anti inflammatory. He said she was low in Vitamin E when they did the blood work. I would like to learn more about this as well!

: : I went into an Alzheimer's Chat yesterday and the said that Vitamin E was a great anti-infamitory that
: : could be used to slow the progression of dying neurons. Has anyone heard of this before? I had no idea that
: : something as simple as Vitamin B could be so preventive when dealing with such a tramatic disease.
: :

: Did they say that it can be used to slow Alzheimer's?
