Some people say Vitamin E, which is an ANTI-OXIDANT, helps to slow the "free radical" damage done to the body's cells. Therefore, it may help.

I'm going to post a message about a combination that my Mom takes that seems to help Aricept, Vitamin E, raisons (which has an anti-oxidant ingredient like fresh blueberries, but isn't as expensive) and getting a lot of sleep and making sure she gets enough protein (sometimes older people don't eat as well as they should).
