What you are feeling is very common. I have found that sharing your experiences is helpful. The Alzheimer Society has support meetings. I urge you to try going. You ARE entitled to a life. Getting yourself stressed and sick will not benefit anyone including your father. Taking care of YOURSELF is part of being a good caregiver for him and your mom. Hugs
