Hi Cindy,
Sorry about your problems.As you know Lupus can affect all sorts of things. Since you are taking Vioxx -- you must be in bad pain and this medicine just may not agree with you because of side-effects. You may have to try something else.

To help my wife with her Iron/hemoglobin problems she takes Blackstrap Molasses but she doesn't have lupus.
