Hi Andi,
Try acupuncture. I too, am unable to tolerate oral iron (I've tried them all.) I've had injectable iron, but those are off of the market. Acupunture and herbal supplements helped my iron-deficiency anemia. Also, red meat, lentils, dark, green leafy vegetables. Hope this is helpful and good luck!
