I don't absorb B12 due to the lack of intrinsic factor in the my stomach. What exactly is sublingual B-12? I have tried taking a variety of the B vitamins and they don't seem to work. I do know that when I was getting the shot once a month I feel so much better. I have heard people talk about giving themselves the B12 shot or having someone give it to them. I have never had this option given to me. Is there any where you can purchase it? I really appreciate your help.
