Ok,
For about 2 months prior to 2 weeks ago, I was waking up between 2-4 times every night. Finally I've been only waking up once a week or so. Now I've been feeling naucious, dizzy (especially when I move quickly like getting up), and feeling lethargic and getting headaches!!!
so, am I anemic or can it be stress related or is it something else?
