hi ive had pa for 3 years. I started out at 90 on b-12 levelsI got up to 600, but now I'm back down to 383. Your b-12 is low as well as your firritin leve. Norm is from 13 to 126. You can still get neurological damage from those pa levels. Also it takes at least 6 months. You might want to have shots evey week for a while to boost your levels
