Hi..I'm in the same boat. I've had pernicious anemia for 4 years. My levels have recently become low again. I've only had hemocrits and cbc's done. I was surprised to see that my ferritin level which was done this week was only 8. I'm now going to get weekly b-12 injections, plus thake 320mg of iron.. recommended by my doctor. Our levels should be a least 10. I've had anxiety and depression in the last 2 years, probably because of such low levels of both, plus its effecto on the thyroid. Good luck keep in touch.
