hi everyone..
i have been having restless legs for about 2 months now..i read somewhere that this can be a symptom of anemia. does anyone else have this?
i had my blood levels checked a month ago, and my hemoglobin was normal. my doctor also told me that my ferritin was also normal, but she didn't tell me what the actual level was. i went to another doctor (who was a LOT more sympathetic) and she wants to do the blood work over again.
i have always had a feeling that i was anemic because i have all of the symptoms (dizziness, tired, can't sleep, restless legs, pale skin, dark circles etc.) and i also do not eat meat very often. i hope and pray that this doctor can find out what is wrong with me, but if anyone has any advice or has experienced the same thing, i would like to hear from you.
