: I have not had the extent of problems you have, but I did have my second back surgery in Nov. 1998. With my first surgery, I sprung back into action...this second one has not been so "springy". Still have pain, although not nearly as sever. I have heard enough about (excuse my spelling) Glucosamine Hydrochloride that I think I may try it just to see if it works. If I start horse back riding, water skiing, or go dancing, I'll let you know!
