I use CosaminDS for knee and general joint pain and it works great. Decided to try Arthro7 because it has the same basic content and is less expensive. Now six weeks later I believe Arthro7 is only about 90% as good as CosaminDS. CosaminDS is more expensive but very worth it because I have more energy and zero knee pain. I can play raquetball all I want with no pain.
