I use CosaminDS for knee and general joint pain and it works great. Decided to try Arthro7 because it has the same basic content and is less expensive. Now six weeks later I believe Arthro7 is only about 90% as good as CosaminDS. CosaminDS is more expensive but very worth it because I have more energy and zero knee pain. I can play raquetball all I want with no pain.

: : My wife use several things and has the same problem your having
: : The glucosamine /chondrotin you need 1500mg per day of glucosamine and 1200 of chondrotin you need water water water enough can not be said no water no work this is the transport for the product now to reduce inflamation use antioxidant therapy like pycnogenol also if you use 4 to 6 oz per day of Aloe vera juice this acts as a cleanser for liver and digestive tract and as an anti inflamatory this works for 97% of any that will use it and drink the fluids also the pycnogenol needs at least 100mg per day min.
