Five years ago I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis two months after delivering my first child. I was under a rheumatologist's care for one year and improved with placquenil, but went to visit a nurtitionist and seemed to benefit more from alternative treatments. Went off drugs with no problem, and two years later had a second child, only to have another flare two months after that delivery! Have been on meds again for two and a half years. Have met three other women in my area who had similar flares and who also have never tested positive for the RH factor. Would love to know if others have these factors incommon, and what types of treatments are being used.
