Annie, I'm taking Arthro 7 by gero vita and have experienced some interesting results. My knees are shot and so is my lower back, but I've noticed that I have less pain and better movement with A7. I haven't heard any complaints or safety warnings. I take 3 caps AM and 3 caps PM with hope of easing off to 2/2 for long term maintenance. Would like to hear additional info from anyone else taking A7. Steve
