From what I have read it is very safe, but what I have read was sent from the company that sells Arthro-7. They did send a lot of reading material with my order. No negative side effects that I know of. Some things in this formula are said to be good for many things besides arthritis.
I have been using this formula for a little over 2 months. I am much improved. I wish I would have know about this stuff about 2 years ago when my condition started. My Doctor recommended that I have an Epidural Steroidal Injection, but I tried this stuff first. I am lucky that I tried Artho7 because now I am almost totaly pain free. If I do something that hurts my back it doesn't hurt for days like it use to. This stuff is Great in my opinion. I know I sound like an ad for this stuff, but I don't sell it , I just buy it and use it.
BTW I take 3 times the minimum dosage. So the 6 month supply only lasted me 2 months. I have started on my second order of pills.
