I also have arthritis and have found a wonderful product that I am using and it may be just what you are looking for. It is a spray,so it won't hurt your liver, non habit forming and it tastes great. (I hate pills too!) It seems to be really working for me. Email me and I'll give you the information. But like all the other responses, I would always check with my doctor first before starting anything new. There are many kinds of arthritis, and what works for me, may not work for you, but I know this stuff does work for me.
