: : : My arthritic hip causes enough pain to make me limp but I can get used to it. What really bothers me, is about every 6th, 8th, or 10th step I get a shock that nearly drops me. It must be a nerve, but the Rhumy says it could be when I touch bone on bone. If it is a nerve, does anyone know or think accupuncture could help? Thanks,Gramps
: : :hi,Gramps, acupunture help me a lot.I could barely walk untill I went to a chinese acupunture.Acupunture and chinese herbs go together in healing.Look for a chinese acupunture that sells chinese herbs also.Good luck.
: Thanks for the reply. Did you check with your rheumatologist first or did you just go? I seem to pick doctors with the same luck as I have with lottery tickets. They have me on Tylenol since I bled on Vioxx and Celebrex, but I've noticed no pain relief with any of them.
: How do I find a acupuncturist? Yellow pages, internet, or should I ask my GP? Thanks again, Gramps
:hi,Gramps, look in the yellow pages of your home town.here in Hawaii we don't have to worry about acupunture,in chinaq town there is one on every block.
