I would ask my brother what she needs. I dont know what devices she uses so I can only give suggestions based on what I use. A new heating pad or ice bag would be good. Also new crutches or crutch pads are always needed. A new pad for the wheelchair would also be very helpful. Some of these things can be purchased at Thrift Stores and are barely used and really cheap. You can buy barely used axillary crutches if you look. I havent seen any forearm crutches for sale though.
