I have Osteoarthritis of my left knee and while
I seem to have it under control I have developed
a Bakers cyst on the underside of m knee and the
doctor has tried cortisone shots however after 3
shots it was apparent that this was not the answer. My Orthepedic doctor then drained the knee proper and gave me a shot of ,I assume of
a corticosteroid, so far no help. He didn't drain
the cyst itself and when I asked him why not he said it wouldn't do any good as it would just refill. He also doesn't want to surgeryly remove
it.
Has anyone had experiene in successly treating
a Bakers Cyst? If so how.
