I have a question I have had RA for about 4 years. I had it in my ankle when I first diagnosed. Then it move
to my knee, I have really lost the muscle in my left thigh to the extent that it has fallen. I have put so much use in my right
leg that it is taking all the weight and strength. I was wonder if anyone can give me any advice on what exercise to do so I can strenthen this muscle. I'm afraid
I'm going to loose the use of my thigh. HELP!!
