I agree with everyone else that you should talk to your doctor before changing or adding anything, but I was taking 2 200mg Celebrex a day. My arthritis is very advanced though. These didn't seem to work for me so my doctor switched me to 25mg of Vioxx a day. This seems to help more than the Celebrex. It may be worth mentioning to your doctor. Good luck
