Anything I say should not be a substitute for advice from your doctor. Feldene (Piroxican) is one of the older NSAISDs that works similar to Celebrex. It can work well on arthritis pain. It can cause problems with the stomach and intestines. One suggestion is to take it with food. If you vomit blood or brown liquid with specks that look like coffee grounds, call the doctor or go to the ER. If you have a BM with blood in it or is black and tarry, call the doctor or go to the ER. These arent really very common side-effects but common enough that you should be aware of.
