Dear Friends:
About a year ago, my mom started having trouble walking normally and her joints began to swell and it seemed like she was a very old woman when she is just 55 years old. She has trouble doing her daily activities such as brushing her teeth, going grocery shopping, carrying anything, getting dressed, etc, because of her arthritis, and I've seen that one of her leg is more swollen than the other. I drive her to the places she needs to go, and even getting in and out of the car is a chore for her--it seems like her knee joints don't allow her to bend normally. She also talks of pain in her joints all the time, especially when the weather gets colder than usual, and is currently taking Glucosamine Sulfate for her bone loss, and Ibuprofin for pain. Please, if anyone has any remedies, or any excercises or just any advice for this condition I would very much appreciate it. Thank you for reading this.
