I had neural therapy injections for scar pain years ago--really helped.....had knee surgery that left some wicked scars..that always bothered me..the injections were just slightly slipped under the skin @ the scar sight---HELPED !!! I am not sure what they can do for arthritis pain or what is the exact solution; but helped my problem
