Bev, I have been using A7 for about eight months. I have experienced mixed results. After several weeks, I had better movement with less pain. This was a significant improvement over the glu/con supplement I had been taking. However, I have noticed a leveling off over the pass several weeks. I'm not certain the A7 is giving increased benefit. I'm not sure where I'm going from here. Thought about returning to glu/con with MSM added. Taking "stuff" is like walking down new and inviting paths only to find that they don't take you to "painlessville". It's pretty disappointing, don't you think?
