I'm 28 yrs. old. My doctor just told me I tested positive for RA. I've been having symtoms since I was 12 but always tested neg. It finally showed up. Anyway, I've been feeling it alot in my shoulders & I lift weights. It's getting harder to lift them. Does anyone know if weight lifting or cardio is bad for RA joints. I would really hate to give this up. I hope it is better for your joints because you're strengthening them. I also do 30 min. of aerobics everyday too. If anyone knows please reply!!!
