I'll be careful not to mention the title, so we won;t be accused of spamming again.
There were only a few new ideas in the book but I think they valuable, or at least I hope so as I intend to follow the plan.
The thing I most enjoyed, was the positive energy the book has, and makes me feel good about the exercise program I have embarked on myself with the advise of other books and many people on these forums.
Thanks again for telling me about it and I'll let you know if I do as well as you...Gramps
