I guess I would say that if any exercise program is to work, you have to do the following:
1) Be consistent
2) Make slow progress. NEVER force a joint to do somehting it doesn'rt want to.
3) Be consistent
4) See points 1 and 3
I have made the most progress in the past 2 weeks, and I started rehabbing in September 1999!
It's like pushing against a wall. Just remember - what are your other choices except to fight.
OA is a difficult disease because everyones situation is different, so what works for one
