: I use CosaminDS for knee and general joint pain and it works great. Decided to try Arthro7 because it has the same basic content and is less expensive. Now six weeks later I believe Arthro7 is only about 90% as good as CosaminDS. CosaminDS is more expensive but very worth it because I have more energy and zero knee pain. I can play raquetball all I want with no pain.

I have used Cosamin DS for sometime (probably over a year) to help my ankle pain. Knees have
not been a problem. However, my back has an arthritic condition for which I am seeing a
chiropractor. It went out on me a year and a half ago. CosamiDS has never helped my back
so I ordered Arthro7 and have taken it for about two months. I am starting to feel really great
once again after suffering with the back problem for over a year. I think anyone with arthritis
should attempt to use the Arthro7 and give it a few months to take hold. I have not regretted it.
