I have a question for an arthritis expert(if there is such a thing).
I'm 20 years old and have arthritis in my left knee. I have had this thing since I was about 13 and I am sick of it. I get told my physios and doctors that there is nothing I can do. Is there any op's pills or whatever that can reduce the chances of having a relapse - I have perios where my knee swells up like a balloon and I find it very painful to walk. I HATE ARTHRITIS...
