I suffered a traumatic stiff-legged injury to both knees in the late 1960s. Years later, I developed arthritis in both knees and was treated for it for years. It finally became necessary to have bilateral total knee replacements last year for relief. And a relief it was!
Now I am trying to establish the nexus between that original traumatic event and the development of serious arthritis.
Can anyone direct me to medical literature or expert medical opinion that will help?
Thanks!
